Scout
This spring and summer has been full of surprises for our family. We found this little guy at Redemption Road Rescue, a pet rescue organization located in the Twin Cities. With lots of arms for snuggling and hands to help train him, Scout was quickly welcomed home. Even our big golden lab, Keira, likes this little guy. Keira is excessively patient with Scout as he steals her tennis balls, hides out in her kennel, and chews on her bedding. With three rabbits, 2 chickens, and 2 dogs we are still working on maxing out our animal units per acre. What a crazy, blessed life we have!
*Scout is a Bichon Frise. He really looks like a stuffed animal, is cheerful and cuddly! He is now 5 1/2 months old, doesn't shed, and is good for allergy sufferers (we have one of those). His name was chosen after one of the main characters in the novel To Kill a Mockingbird.
